Here’s how Awakening Awe works…

  • For three weeks, you receive a daily email message, which includes helpful and doable awe practices.

  • The format varies —photographs, videos, meditations, journal prompts, or reflective practices—so the material feels fresh and you feel motivated.

  • The class explores awe in different arenas—nature, people, art, movement, music—so the exercises have lasting positive impact.

  • The ideas are not cumulative, so when life interrupts you can easily begin again.

  • Unlike the news, Awakening Awe is the magic and wonder channel, so your nervous system settles and you remember what’s good.

  • You get free entry into January Refuge Space, so you ground yourself and explore these practices.

  • Because the class lasts three weeks, you establish the mindfulness practice you’ve always wanted.

Awakening Awe includes Refuge Space, January 15, 7-8p Central Time

Refuge Space is a live session with guided meditation, reflection, and writing (we’ll explore awe live!).

Besides having dedicated ‘me’ time in Refuge Space, I love the combination of meditation and writing. It’s a powerful mix that allows me to be present and write down what’s in my heart.   • You only need one hour a week. The awe practices are done in short, regular ways. They’re doable in busy daily life.

    If you have more time, it’s easy to extend the practices.

  • I record each Refuge Space, so you can watch and experience the practices at a different time. If you want to join live, I’ll move your registration to the next month’s Refuge Spacejust let me know!
